A leading national firm are looking for an Audit Manager or Senior Manger to join their North West team due to growth of the division.

Acting as a senior member of the group you will be responsible for servicing their clients while managing junior and part qualified staff to support the Partners with business development.

• Act as audit lead on large assignments, directing all aspects of services delivered
• People management and mentoring to more junior members of the team
• Liaise with other areas of the business on risk management and technical issues
• Support Partners in sales and marketing activity, attending pitch meetings, networking and marketing events
• Assist with targeting new clients and winning new work
• Key Account Management
• Engage with clients directly, maintaining and building relationships

In order to be considered for this role you must:

• Be ACA/ICAS qualified (or overseas equivalent)
• Have previous experience as Audit Manager within practice
• Hold excellent working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements
• Be educated up to degree level
• Have business development experience
