Provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit, assurance and business tax service, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work.

Manage and deliver audit engagements from planning through to completion. Oversee and direct the budgeting, planning, co-ordination and control of engagements in accordance with client, statutory, and business requirements to ensure effective service delivery and maximised recovery.

Achieve team and individual budgets and business plan/ performance objectives.

Contributes towards the creation, implementation and delivery of the Audit Business Plan and offers support in relation to issues identified as a result of organisational or client focus change.

Maintain the highest technical and professional standard.

Think strategically about client needs by understanding their business and key risks. Nurture and seek worthwhile relationships with clients for the sharing of information and to identify and progress current and future Audit requirements.

Addresses situations before they become crises and develops solutions to avoid recurrence.

Providing additional help and guidance to clients on a consultancy basis.

Participates in the development of ways to meet client needs.

Identifying ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value.

Monitor and control audit staff, on-site and in office.

Direct, coach and mentor senior staff to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements and the direction of their subordinates ensuring cost effective, timely completion and effective service delivery to the required standard on each engagement.

Coach, train and develop audit staff to upgrade their professional knowledge.

Participate in professional, business and networking organizations.
