Start your job searchGlobal firm of Chartered Accountants are looking for a Senior Associate within Pensions Audit. The role is based in Berkshire andis easily commutable either by car or public transport. Responsibilities within this position are to provide audit and business advice to a variety of clients. Also you will provide an on-site co-ordination role for audit clients including planning, day to day control of the audit team, liaising with clients and completing audit assignments. You will have responsibility for a team of up to 3 people and be involved in the coaching and training of other staff. You will work and liaise with other members of the audit team and other parts of the business in order to provide the highest service possible to customers.
To be considered for this role you must have gained the skills above in previous roles. Have strong business awareness, sound reporting skills and the ability to work under pressure under your own initiative. We are also looking for candidates to be degree educated, ACA or similarly qualified with significant auditing skill. Financial reporting frameworks such as UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing frameworks such as UK ISAs are also relevant competencies. Some travel will be required but the majority of the role is office based.
