A great opportunity has arisen for a global communication agency based in Central London on a contract basis. You will be working within the billing team with one of the exciting elements of the role being raising and issuing client invoices from Work in Progress costs and fee accounts on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and the management of all ageing WIP
• Distributing WIPs to account handlers for official sign off
• Setting up all new vendors on to internal system
• Maintain SOX compliance
• Organising monthly WIP meetings
• Matching Time & Cost WIP to pre bills

Key Skills

• MUST have previous experience of Maconomy
• Knowledge of SOX compliance ideal
• Previous experience within a billing/sales ledger role essential
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
