Marks Sattin are currently working with a large FMCG business to assist in the recruitment of 2 Business Analysts needed for 2 years to work on a large varies programme of works.

You will work with the development team working on bespoke software solutions & the modernisation of systems.

Duties;

• Leading requirements gathering workshops/121s
• Identify requirement/gap analysis/Cost Benefits Analysis for new functionality/programs
• Identify requirements for systems changes
• Document requirements for the Development Team
• Facilitate testing of changes/new software
• Create business process maps, end user documentation and training plans

Skills;

• Strong background of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of working with 3rd party software providers.
• Agile experience.
• Requirement gathering and analysis.
• Abilitiy to travel to different sites when needed.
