Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading Legal firm to assist in the recruitment of a Business Analyst to be based in Leeds. This role will see you working within the Finance Project team, working to investigate operational requirements, problems & opportunities. You will find effective solutions through improvements in new systems or processes, lead the analysis of objectives, business requirements and identify options for consideration.

Responsibilities;

• Engage effectively with stakeholders to create detailed business analysis, outline issues and present solutions.
• Plan, communicate and lead on requirements gathering & feedback workshops.
• Produce business analysis deliverables.
• Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for improvements.
• Evaluate design options making sure that requirements map to the business needs.
• Support development teams in making your recommended changes.

Skills;

• Experience working with senior business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Experience of working on large projects.
• Experience of SAP, Business Objects & elite enterprise.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes.
