Business Analyst - up to £65,000

A global business is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing IT department based in West London paying up to £65,000.

The purpose of the Business Analyst role is to support the delivery of projects and the successful candidate would ideally have experience working on large Global transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business process mapping and productivity work in support of wider change

  • Elicit business requirements using methods such as requirements workshops, document analysis, interviews and workflow analysis.

  • Deliver improvements and implement changes in their respective areas and across teams

  • Drive agreement of process flows across the functional areas documenting processes and activity work flows / Create detailed process maps

  • Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes and describe the changes required

  • Collaborating effectively with a team that comprises of people from various parts of the organisation

  • Proactively seeking and understanding the organization's direction, structure and strategy towards deadlines

  • Complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to products, business processes or business unit structure

Skills & Experience

  • Process mapping for key business processes

  • Proven track record of working on IT transformation or change projects

  • Educated to degree level in Computing or IT would be preferred, or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience of working within large IT teams

  • Maintaining and building relationships with key stakeholders
