A leading London based Professional services firm is currently looking for an experienced Business Change Lead. The role will be for an initially 12 month contract but with the possibility that the positions could become permanent at a later date.

The key purpose of the role will be to support the organisation successfully deliver change across their people, processes and technology. The business is currently changing the way that the organisation delivers some of its core services to their clients. This will involve moving a significant part of their business from a third party vendor back in-house to an offshore capability. The role of the Change lead will be to facilitate this change working with the key stakeholder to mitigate risk and minimise disruption of the transformation.

You will:

  • Work with the project team to define and own the end-to-end change management implementation including strategy, planning and implementation
  • Define the Business Change Strategy and effectively manage the change journey
  • Complete Change Impact Assessments to identify the gap between the current and future state operations across people, process and system
  • Be a trusted advisor to key stakeholder across the project.
  • Be responsible for managing the budgets for projects from both a time and cost perspective.
  • Manage training and development needs
  • Monitor and manage business readiness and transition activities to support a smooth go-live and transition to business as usual activity

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate previous experience delivering change within a large complex international organisation. Candidates with prior near-shoring, offshoring or Shared Services experience will be preferred. For considerations please apply below.
