Business Solutions / Applications Analyst - 6 month contract

A multinational energy company is looking to take on a Business Solutions / Applications Analyst with an Agile and Dev-ops background for an initial 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity based in South West London. The main remit of the role will be maintaining and enhancing all aspects of their in-house SAP based application including, maintenance, validation and testing of system enhancements, data maintenance and updating and managing system user requirements working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all incoming support requests are categorised appropriately and allocated in the right work stream
• Provide support to business in using the application solution including the reporting catalogue and learning library and adapting these to local needs.
• Helping the end users
• Maintenance of the application support material, including quick reference guides, reference documents and master data reports
• Reporting Requests
• Interacting with the end users
• Support Validation and testing for processed system defect fixes and enhancements prior to release to system production environments

Experience Required:

• Previous experience of working with and supporting SAP applications (Business Objects, ISIM or Remedy experience would be desirable
• Experience of working in an Agile/Dev-ops environment
• Master Data experience
• Proven IT systems experience (excel, SharePoint, O365)
