Capital Markets Senior Analyst - Dublin

Unique position working with one of Irelands leading Financial and Capital Markets firms.

In spite of the current global market conditions our client's business continues to grow and develop both domestically and internationally. Given this growth they are keen to secure the services of an experienced Capital Markets Analyst to join their Corporate Broking team here in Dublin.

This position has two key aspects per say:

• Strong Financial Analysis skills especially within Capital Markets
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.

Snapshot of the role:

• Work directly with Directors in all facets of business, including idea generation, marketing, transaction evaluation, and transaction processing.
• Direct and manage a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative analyses, including valuation, accretion/dilution analysis.
• Monitor relevant transactions, capital market trends, company financial statements, industry, regulatory, and other economic information.
• Mentor and develop managers, executives, analysts and interns at the firm.
• Develop pitch materials and offering memoranda for Capital Market transactions, and other advisory projects.
• Take a leadership role in transaction execution, serving as a primary point of contact for clients/counterparties, and participating in the negotiation of transaction agreements.
• Ensure the quality of client deliverables by having a strong attention to detail.
• Utilize relationships developed while at the firm to source new business opportunities from both existing and target clients.

Experience & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have gained at least 4-5 years' experience working in a similar environment and have covered one. Some or all of the following:

• Valuations || Financial Analysis || Capital Markets || Corporate Broking || Funds Management

You will also be Level 9 Masters Qualified and be able to demonstrate a strong Capital Markets Understanding through your experience but also showcase your excellent relationship management and client management skills.
