Our client is a recently acquired PE backed company within the business services sector and they are seeking a CFO to join their team. With a number of ongoing projects in the pipeline and genuine development opportunities, this company has an impressive growth agenda and are targeting a successful exit in the future.

As the number one in finance, the CFO will have full responsibility for managing the finance function, implementing systems, processes, and controls, which can aid the company in driving them into their next phase. As CFO you will be working in partnership with the CEO, developing, delivering and evaluating the overall strategy for the business. As CFO you'll be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be ideally a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), with experience as a CFO in a Private Equity backed businesses. You'll have a track record of managing working capital and creating "value add" finance functions. You will communicate effectively and as a leader within the business be expected to work effectively and inspire others in a fast paced and challenging environment.
