Exciting fintech company backed by a well known Venture Capital business requires a successful Chief Financial Officer to prepare and implement their ambitious growth plans. As CFO, you will be required to professionalise and streamline the finance function, enabling rapid growth strategy by significantly improving financial systems, controls and KPIs, with a potential exit.

Whether you are an established CFO, or an ambitious finance director or financial controller, you must possess the ambition to prove yourself in a challenging environment. As a board member you will be expected to draw on your experience to develop the business significantly, with the support of the prominent and well resourced backers. You will need to be robust in order to challenge fellow board members and achieve ambitious group targets.

This role's remit ranges from long term strategic direction to hands on refinement of processes. Given the fast paced and changeable environment, strong commercial skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the investors will be fundamental. Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered, and have experience of working in a highly leveraged environment, while within a founder-led and operated business. Experience in the technology sector is ideal.
