Successful privately owned Healthcare business is looking for a new CFO to partner the CEO and leadership team, to help grow the business over the next 3-5 years. This well run and highly profitable business has been growing at very strong rate, with recent acquisitions adding to the value and intricacy of the business. The CFO will play a pivotal part in shaping the future through business planning, strategic vision and best in class financial management.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide strong commercial and financial leadership
• Develop and implement a financial and operational strategy alongside appropriate budgets and metrics that supports the long-term strategy
• To oversee the Group's financial position, banking and financing activities and monitor banking and financial covenants as required
• Lead and drive change and innovation programmes across the Group.
• To oversee annual audits with external auditors, ensuring all record keeping meets the necessary requirements and maintaining relationships with external auditors and investigating any findings and recommendations
• Develop, implement and oversee all financial-related activities across the Group, including developing financial and tax strategies, overseeing the capital request and budgeting processes as well as transaction processing systems
• Undertake due diligence activities as part of acquisition processes as required
• Ensure appropriate policies are in place in relation to capital investment, cash availability and shareholder return, balancing risk and reward effectively
• Ensure that data systems reflect business structures and reporting needs, leading the implementation of technological developments to drive business insight through data and analytics

You will be a seasoned FD/CFO currently with a solid background of achievement within Healthcare, being able to demonstrate advancement and sole responsibility for a finance function. You will be a strong leader, with excellent commerciality - able to translate complex issues into actionable resolution. It is highly likely you will be an ACA (equivalent) and possess a strong coaching/mentoring tool kit.
