A PE-backed founder led financial services business is looking to appoint a highly strategic CFO to become a key member of the executive team, working alongside the CEO to make key decisions for the business. You will be leading a small finance team, providing a high level of commercial vision to lead the business through a swift period of planned growth.

You will be a true business partner to the CEO with responsibility for the finance function, as well as a broader operational remit. This is a key role in the business as you will be professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures and driving growth for the business.

We are looking for qualified candidates (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), with experience as an autonomous CFO or Divisional Finance Director in a business of scale. You will have hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills. Previous experience of working in a PE backed or leveraged environment would be desirable. A background with an FCA regulated business is essential.
