A Midlands based PE Backed Manufacturing Business is seeking to recruit an experienced CFO to partner the CEO and drive the continued growth of the business, in order to ensure their continued success. As CFO you will have complete ownership of the finance function as well as a broad operational and commercial remit across the business.

Joining a strong executive team you will be reporting to the CEO and working closely with the company's board and private equity backers. You can expect your remit to grow further as the company expands, affording you significant responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the finance function and key input into the strategic direction of the business. This includes a deep level of cooperation with some of the field's outstanding professionals.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with a background as autonomous CFO in manufacturing, construction or a related sector. A background in a PE Backed or leveraged business is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the continued success and growth of an exciting business.
