A recently acquired, highly ambitious PE Backed Manufacturing business seeks an experienced and competent Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and board in order to lead its high-achieving finance team and push the business to the next level.

This is a key role within the business as the role involves full responsibility for the leading and development of the finance team as well as the hands on day to day running of the finance function. The role requires a driven and results orientated leader able to identify opportunities for improvements in systems, processes, and controls in order to drive the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with a proven track record in leading and developing a finance team. There will be extensive interaction with the wider business therefore the role requires someone with strong communication skills.
