A rapidly growing PE-backed manufacturing business is looking for a commercially ambitious and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead their company through their next period of expansion. As CFO, you will be partnering with the CEO and board in order to identify and deliver various strategic growth opportunities in order to enhance profitability. This is an extremely hands on role requiring a true business partner to offer board level commercial and operational input. Key to the role will be the developing and monitoring of reporting and KPIs, as well as total ownership of the finance function.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably Chartered, with experience as an autonomous CFO ideally within manufacturing or a related business. Experience in a PE backed or investor led business is desirable. The CFO will provide clear, decisive and dynamic leadership and be able to operate at both a detailed and strategic level.
