Change Analyst required by a Tier One Financial institution for a Treasury, Control and Liquidity Risk reporting project.
Reporting to the Programme Delivery Lead, the Change Analyst will be responsible for
- The definition and implementation of Risk and Control and Liquidity Reporting
- Target Operating Model, taking opportunities to standardise, automate and rationalise where possible
- Work effectively with the Finance Systems and Data Lead, Testing Lead, Finance and MI TOM Programme Leads and Banking License Application team to ensure: The completeness and effectiveness of ETE process definition, ETE testing and proving and of Migration and Implementation planning and execution
- Implement an effective governance structure and work closely with the Retained BAU teams to form a positive working relationship
- Ensure completeness of the end-to-end TOM (People, Processes and Systems) ensuring a robust control framework and full articulation and agreement of hand-offs (inwards and outwards)
- Responsible for the management and delivery of process documentation to capture full end-to-end process and to include details of required systems, reports and EUDAs
- Facilitate a process to identify, design and document any necessary transition process and ensure appropriate training and communications are put in place
- Responsible for managing the design, setup and testing of all required EUDAs (End User Designed Applications) whilst ensuring opportunities to standardise and automate are taken wherever possible
- Responsible for ensuring the completeness of SME input to Testing and Proving; accountable for ensuring SME test sign-off, and leveraging Treasury Test Lead and Systems and Data team as appropriate to support this
- Ensure effective engagement and dialogue with all Finance, Treasury and MI BAU team leads providing a mechanism for two-way communication, challenge and debate as appropriate
The successful incumbent will offer the following skills and experience:
- Recent treasury experience and understanding
- TOM - not just the design stage but full E2E including articulating and delivering it
- Risk and control experience
- Good knowledge of risk policies including ICA and ILAA
- Knowledge of impacting PRA, EU, FCA, Basel Regulations
- Banking or financial services experience
- Strong E2E process skills
