An exciting opportunity has become available, for a Business Change Manager with extensive Business Analysis skills along with detailed knowledge of the product control and finance function, within a large Global Banking organisation

The position has become available within the project workstream which has been created to address shortcomings in the finance control environment through improvement to the business processes via integration and implementation of system functionality.

The Business Change manager's core duties will include:

• Managing relationships between the stakeholders and the project team
• Ensuring the business requirements are scoped out and agreed to, with all impacts upon the business taken into account
• Collaborations with line team, managers and IT team is vital to ensure effective implementation of the process and system change

Key experience needed to succeed in this role:

• Extensive business analysis skills
• Knowledge of product control and the finance function
• Experience of working in a global capacity
• Desirable accounting qualification
• Financial services experience is a must
