An exciting opportunity to join a global FMCG Company.

Our client is looking for a Change Manager as they embark upon a business-wide transformation programme.

Duties will include:

• Assessing the potential risks and impact that undergoing this transformation may have on the company
• Delivering a change that will last by consistently maintaining a business change/readiness framework
• Manage risks to ensure the programme is successfully delivered
• Use your knowledge to come up with an adequate strategy which can be implemented long term
• Driving the implementation whilst monitoring risks and reporting; managing communications and training to the wider business
• Helping to develop the new programme and train others on the subject
• The ability to engage stakeholders and ensuring that relevant audiences are kept informed

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience leading a successful transformation project
• Change Management experience within a complex organisation
• Ability to run effective training for team members and 3^rd party management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills- presenting, gaining buy in and influencing stakeholders will be required
