A Central London-based, privately-owned, international FMCG company is seeking a driven Finance Director with strong communication skills, a team-first ethos and an eye for strategic detail to take them to the next level.

You will spearhead the company's significant domestic and international growth while overseeing the firm's financial performance. You will have a knack for finding profitable growth streams, and maintaining a strong cash flow. By improving systems, reporting accurately and mentoring your team, you will ensure the company's finance function remains world-class, and continues to improve.

The Finance Director will work with the CEO to form a strong senior team, moulding a group of young executives into a cohesive unit. You will have a track record of building strong relationships, and be able to use this to increase financial controls and ensure success in cross-function initiatives.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably Chartered. The ideal Finance Director candidate will have previous international and M&A experience, with prior experience in the FMCG and/or manufacturing industries and a proven record in operational finance leadership.
