An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a fast growing and well known Recruitment business and head up their finance function as they look to strengthen their position in the market.

The business requires a commercial leader who will be able to provide guidance on the strategic direction of the business as well as being responsible for the finance function in an environment with a high volume of transactions. You will have full responsibility for the banking relationships, and will have a strong focus on cash flow and working capital management and extensive experience in a leveraged environment. The role will also require you to work closely with operations to improve client and supplier relationships and optimise billing and collection processes.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably Chartered, with transferable sector experience, and a strong track record of growing a business. The business is looking to extend their reach internationally, therefore global experience and M&A will be highly regarded.
