A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, proven, and confident CFO to act as an active #2 to the CEO. This role calls for a leader, strategist, and an excellent communicator.

The successful candidate will be a hard-working, hands-on and ambitious member of the team who treats the business with enthusiasm and diligence. This CFO role necessitates a team-first ethos and an eye for strategic detail to take the company to the next level as they enter their next stage of growth trajectory.

You will have a knack for finding profitable growth streams, and maintaining a strong cash flow. By improving systems, reporting accurately and mentoring your team, you will ensure the company's finance function remains efficient, and continues to improve. The ideal candidate will also have a strong operational background and be confident in overseeing a broad range of functions, including supply chain.

As CFO, you will own all financials from budgeting to reporting management accounts for the business, providing financial modelling and analysis expertise. The success of the business as well as your own personal success should be seen as one and the same.

You will have a track record of building strong banking relationships, and be able to use this to increase financial controls and ensure success in cross-function initiatives.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably Chartered. The ideal CFO candidate will have relevant industry experience with a proven record in operational finance leadership.
