An ambitious and growing PE backed multi site consumer retail business is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to manage the overall finance function and provide the strategic direction of the business as they look to pursue a buy and build strategy.

The role will be responsible for all aspects of the finance department, from setting up all systems, processes, and accounting functions, as well as actively identifying opportunities for growth and overall improvement. You will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to develop and mentor the finance team, whilst identifying, creating, and implementing KPIs to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered, with strong strategic and commercial skills, preferably within multi site consumer retail. The candidate must have a proven track record as an autonomous Finance Director in a Private Equity or leveraged environment with experience in acquisitions and integrations.
