Our client, an established PE Backed digital media group requires a top calibre and ambitious Chief Financial Officer to join their team and help drive this rapidly growing business through its upward trajectory.

Based in London, the company is a well known business that provides digital media content to its wide array of clients. As the number one in finance, the CFO will have full responsibility for managing and mentoring the finance team and it is vital that the CFO will be capable of maintaining board level influence and encouragement to drive the business through its projected growth phase.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified accountant (preferably ACA)

• Prior experience working in a digital media or relevant environment.
• Requires someone who is capable of enacting real transformative change within the finance function - to put systems, processes and controls in place which can aid the business achieve its next phase of growth.
• Prior PE experience
• A track record of leading and coaching a team of financial professionals to guarantee the best possible outcome and growth.
• A fast learner that can quickly assimilate into the role, develop a full understanding of the Group's business.
• A clear communicator, an excellent relationship builder able to engage a broad and diverse audience. You will have proven experience challenging ideas and processes and developing best practice.
