Rapidly expanding business services company seeking a CISO / Chief Information Security Officer to take control of their security function. Last year they posted record profits and growth has doubled over last 4 years. This is a great opportunity for a CISO to be the figurehead for security of an ever growing player in the business services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an understanding an awareness of the IT Threat landscape and educate the business regarding any relevant security issues
• Champion and oversee the global rollout of information security initiatives across the business whilst identifying and remediating any threats or weaknesses
• Control the business wide security budget and liaise with senior managers to ensure there is sufficient scope for security across all business areas
• Influence and manage key senior stakeholders to ensure that security remains a significant issue at the business decision making level
• Work directly with the CTO, CRO and COO to align IT Strategy with information security standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Chief Information Security Officer, Senior Information Security Officer, Information Security Officer, Senior Information Security Manager or similar
• Experienced in leading and building up teams of security professionals
• Broad technical proficiency with the ability to interact with security analyst's and network engineers in order to resolve security issues
• Comfortable leading security strategy meetings to business management and senior stakeholders
• Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CISA, CRISC
