Start your job searchA fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate looking to further their career in client reporting in a client facing position. Our Client are based in Dublin City Centre and are offering very competitive compensation for an experience candidate to join their Client Administration unit. The position will work as part of a small team responsible for producing month and quarterly investment management reports
Duties will include:
- Enusring that all client reports are produced and delivered to clients accurately and in line with deadlines.
- Produce and deliver Fund Factsheets accurately and in line with deadlines.
- Manage and respond to ad hoc queries from clients, consultants and auditors in relation to the client's investments and reports.
- Attend and participate in meetings with the client implementation teams to understand new client on-boarding and restructure events and the corresponding client reporting requirements.
- Assist client facing teams with client queries.
The successful candidate should have:
- An honours degree in a relevant discipline.
- Have relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Be motivated to succeed within an operational environment.
- Have a high level of accuracy, good attention to detail, a strong awareness of risk, and understand the implication of errors.
- Have a structured approach to work with the ability to be flexible when required
