Leading global Engineering company seeks Cloud Solutions Engineer / Cloud Services Engineer, you will be a cloud services subject matter expert.

Cloud technical expert with a strong experience of hands-on & practical design & deployment experience, guiding the journey to evolve enterprises' environments towards the cloud.

Working for this large, complex, global business, you will work with infrastructure & application teams to understand current technology landscape, design a future state based on Azure & AWS, & create a cloud strategy & migration/modernisation roadmap.

• You will be a Cloud Services subject matter, & must be a proactive, hands-on, delivery focused doer
• Proven exp of delivery & Setting up cloud services from scratch & migrating servers into cloud
• Exp in design of a cloud strategy & roadmap from scratch, technical design & migrate to unified hosting
• Experience of designing cloud bases backups and DR solutions.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud IaaS & PaaS components & options, ideally in both Microsoft Azure & AWS.
• Advanced technical skills and experience in designing distributed applications and systems in AWS or Azure. Direct exposure to cloud migration and transformation engagements.
• Advanced Poweshell, JSON and Automation experience
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure design & deployment experience. Direct exposure to cloud migration & transformation engagements.
• Considerable Devops experience.
• Significant experience as a delivery focused Cloud Engineer, Cloud Services Engineer, Cloud Solutions Engineer, Cloud Consultant, Cloud Services Consultant, Cloud Solutions Consultant, Cloud Architect, Cloud Services Architect, Cloud Solutions Architect, or similar
• Either have MSCS Cloud platforms and Infrastructure or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification.
• Knowledge of migrating applications to Cloud using Tools like AppZero, ASR, Cloudscape etc highly desirable
• Strong background working with public & hybrid cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) to provide high level architectural guidance for entire spectrum of cloud technologies that lead to successful delivery of reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
