A Global FMCG FTSE 100 organisation based in Berkshire currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Business Partner to provide a high level of support, challenge and control to the UK Marketing teams. Through Business Partnering you will have full ownership and accountability for the success of some of the worlds biggest brands and really make your foot print into the business growth success and future.

You will be allowed the freedom to be proactive with your approach and also highlight future performance concerns and opportunities. You will also be performing key tasks within the commercial finance team to ensure that reporting is both timely & accurate. Alongside this you will prepare quarterly product/customer forecasts and annual plans.
Critical to this role is a strong commercial awareness and previous experience of business partnering in a cross functional environment gained through an FMCG or Retail background, You will be ACA/ACMA/ACCA and of degree calibre. You will also need to be confident in challenging the status quo and influencing/challenging decisions at a senior management level.
