Amazing opportunity for a Commercial Director/ COO to join a highly innovative and disruptive consumer business in the Thames Valley.

The business has achieved a great deal already and they are now looking for a trusted advisor to support the CEO with scaling operations both in the UK and Internationally. Playing a pivotal role in both the commercial and operational strategy, you will be at the forefront of the business, taking a lead on growth agenda and business effectiveness.

You will likely have spent a number of years in Food/ Non Food FMCG, ideally within both large and small environments, where you have held senior positions which include PnL ownership. You will have worked with retailers/ supermarkets/ wholesalers and possess a strong sales background, with experience across marketing, supply and operations a key requirement. This is a new role and as such, you will work heavily with the other Directors/Heads of, to add value across departments.

The success of the business comes down to the passion and aspiration of its leaders, as such you must be regarded as a strategic partner, able to coach and train across function, with demonstrable experience of Business Unit control and clear ideas on 'best in class' process.
