A reputable advertising business based in the City of London is currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their fast pace team.

You will be working closely with the client and account management teams to support project financials, perform billing, estimates, WIP management and revenue recognition. You will also be responsible for quarterly forecasting of revenue recognition, budgeting, reconciliations, reporting and analysis and more.

The successful candidate will have gained a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a similar revenue focused position for another media agency. They will have a good understanding of GAAP, accrued and deferred income, cost of sales, WIP and revenue accounting. Candidates should have strong IT skills with good proficiency in Excel skills and previous use of Maconomy would be an advantage. The role would suit someone who is part-qualified/ studying towards an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
