One of Yorkshire's fastest growing organisations have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner. Based in Leeds this role will add commercial insight to business performance and add commercial gravitas in order to support the business towards an a likely IPO. Few roles and businesses can offer such depth and exposure in a role that works hand in hand with the senior leadership team. Not only will it play a hugely visible role in challenging and driving operational and non financial stakeholders but it will also provide information and analysis for the investors. Described by the senior finance team as a role that sits within the "sexy side of the business" this role will head up a small team of part and fully qualified commercial accountants/analysts. Responsibilities will include and not be limited to:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Performance and KPI analysis
• Investment appraisal
• Development of KPI dashboards
• A small degree of financial reporting
• Financial and strategic planning

Essentially this role is seeking to attract a qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA into the role. Previous business partnering and modelling exposure is hugely desirable as is the need to have excellent communication skills capable of articulating concepts and high level reports to the board and senior management team.
