Communication Lead - Banking - Chester
A well known bank is currently recruiting a Communication Lead to work on a Risk Transformation Programme in Chester.
The candidate is responsible for:
- Supporting the transformation of the business's comms within the Risk Programme.
- Formalising Comms.
- Assist in ensuring governance is clearly documented, communicated and adhered to across all workstreams
- Producing quality management reports (programme management meetings, board meetings, steering committees etc.)
- Supporting the programme director and project managers on an adhoc basis
The candidate suitability is determined by the following skills set and experience that are detailed bellow:
- Experience working within Financial Services ideally within Risk
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Sharepoint Experience
