I am currently working with a leading private equity firm who are looking for someone to come in as a Compensation and Benefits Associate within their group finance team.

The firm have an exceptional reputation within the international private equity market and operate in a really fast paced and exciting culture where you will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest individuals within the industry.

You will be working not only with the finance team but also closely with HR, the COO and the FC as you take responsibility for the staff cost, budgeting, forecasting and coordination of the year remuneration process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in strategic projects and other ad-hoc work within across the group finance team.

The ideal candidate would be bright and either a qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent). Experience working within the remuneration area would definitely be a preference!
