One of Ireland's leading boutique Fund Administrators have recently merged wit a large global player and are looking to add an experienced Compliance Associate to their growing team. This role also presents an opportunity to fast track your career with unlimited growth potential and partner with a network of colleagues globally. There is also opportunity to grow the role into a client facing position.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing compliance monitoring testing, including the testing of AML documentation
  • Maintaining knowledge of EU AML/KYC customer due diligence requirements, specifically the 4th/5th AML Directives and Beneficial Ownership Register
  • Supporting the MLRO/AML services function by requesting and reviewing documents from the various administrators and assisting in the preparation of MLRO and related reports.
  • Assisting in updating and managing the various compliance registers/logs such as breaches, errors, complaints, etc.
  • becoming familiar with key regulations and compliance requirements relating to the Company and its business activities
  • Supporting, and where necessary, assisting in the development of guidance and training materials on regulatory matters relevant to the Company to support a common understanding and interpretation of relevant regulatory matters and other aspects of the compliance framework
  • Reviewing and maintaining compliance documented procedures, and inputting thereto as needed
  • Providing support and input into compliance projects that may arise
  • Assisting with other day to day compliance tasks as required

Skills Required

  • Relevant business degree and preferably, a compliance related qualification
  • Solid regulatory knowledge/understanding of AML and other relevant regulation within the fund administration/investor services space
  • Come from a compliance background, preferably in the funds' industry, with 3 - 5 years' experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Computer literacy with excellent administration skills and proven attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; and
  • Team player with the ability to work under minimum supervision
