Information and Technology risk assurance and advisory services consultancy are in the search for an experienced information security and data protection consultant. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will work the senior management of new and existing clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Information Security and Data Protection Consultant to be part of a rapidly expanding Information Technology consultancy that takes Security and Data Privacy seriously.

Responsibilities:

• To plan and execute client tasks which are aligned to the business strategy goals.
• Interact and liaise with all relevant client management throughout your assignment in order to provide feedback on the findings and overall progress of the assignment.
• Develop existing client relationships as well as seek to create new client relationships for new business.
• Ensure all tasks and assignments are delivered in budget and on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as: Data Protection Analyst, Data Protection Manager, Information Security Analyst, Information Security Manager, Information Security Specialist, Information Security and Risk Manager, Data Privacy Specialist or similar.
• Expertise of information security and data protection with a broad understanding of several technology areas such as Data Privacy, Cyber Security, PCI-DSS, Business Continuity & Crisis Management, ISAE3402 / SSAE18, IT Third Party Management, IT Audit, IT Risk & Control Management.

• Demonstrable client and project management experience with the ability to liaise and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Certifications Desirable - CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, FIP, ISEB, CISA, CISSP, CGEIT, CRISC
• Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
