A recognised legal firm, based in Central London, are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to work within their Legal Innovation Team at a moment of great change within the way legal services is being delivered. This will be on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the transformation of legal and business services onto the Global Centre.
• Scoping and implementing processes and the ways of working to ensure value is achieved from deployment of disruptive technology.
• Be the SME for CI, supporting the identification of opportunities and development of CI capability within the Firm.

Key Skills:

• Certified Green or Black Belt with vast experience in lean six sigma.
• Project management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of working in a service transaction environment.
