A global and leading business in their industry with ambitious growth plans currently has an exciting opening for a Contracts and Compliance Manager to work in their driven commercial finance team.

The role will ultimately be responsible for the management of supplier vetting and audit and compliance for the EMEA region, whilst leading, developing and managing a small team focused across these areas. Primary responsibility will be negotiating and developing supplier agreements and contracts for the regions - managing the vetting process, ensuring internal and supplier compliance with terms and addressing any legal queries. In addition, you will be tasked with establishing an effective compliance framework and technique for the function to aid with future operations.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Law or similar subject, and have relevant business experience - having worked in a legal or compliance department with commercial exposure and responsibilities, covering off contracts review and negotiations. Given the EMEA focus, additional languages would be highly regarded.
