Start your job searchA central London based multinational transport business is seeking to add a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their growing team. The role will report into the Director of Corporate & Strategic Finance and will involve sell side bid modelling and corporate finance strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating long term forecasting model for the shareholders (Corporate Model).
- Assisting the Treasurer with analysis and production of presentation materials for the Banks and Rating Agencies.
- Producing capital investment forecast for existing fleets (Existing Fleet Capex EFC)
- Assist the team with lease pricing - both capital and non-capital rent.
- Ad-hoc analysis for the management.
- Producing bridge analysis and explanation for variance from budget and changes to the Corporate Model.
- Assisting the production of quarterly forecast and budget.
An ideal candidate will be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA professional accountant and come from an advisory or corporate finance in house background. Candidates without this need not apply. Strong technical accounting skills as well as excellent excel skills are required.
