Start your job searchA global leasing and asset management business based in Central London is seeking a new member to join their corporate finance team.
The role will report to the Corporate Finance Manager and will assist with the valuation of the existing portfolio and regular reporting to shareholders. Responsibilities include:
Preparation of the quarterly update of the projection model and valuation bridge analysis
- Collate quarterly information for the Reporting pack and Strategic pack for the board and shareholders
- Manage the company's projection model asset database to ensure that it reflects the current status of stock investments, leases and future growth opportunities
- Assist the Corporate Finance manager and the Financial Controlling team with the annual goodwill appraisal of fleet analysis as part of the auditing process
- Assist in preparing presentations on an ad-hoc basis for the board, shareholders, and lenders
- Perform scenario analysis
- Support the Pricing function with the valuation of new investments in the projection model
- Additional ad-hoc duties and analysis to support the business and senior stakeholders
This role would be best suited to someone who has strong financial modelling and data analytics skills. Candidates should have good knowledge of accounting and debt principles and be a self-starter with motivation to support and deliver. Advanced Excel skills are essential and knowledge of BI tools would be beneficial. Strong organisational skills are key, as well as the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels.
