Thames Valley based Accountancy Firm is looking for a Corporate Finance Junior Analyst to work towards ACA qualification. As the market continues to outstrip expectation, the Mid-Market Corporate Finance market is extremely buoyant and this rare opportunity would allow the successful candidate to gain skills in a challenging, yet stimulating sector. Working in a team of 10, you will be responsible for financial due diligence, analysing company performance and supporting the more senior members of the team in the Transaction lifecycle. To be considered, you will have a solid educational background with a degree (or equivalent) in a numerate subject and looking to sit the ACA qualification. Candidates should have exposure in due diligence, those who possess a strong analytical mindset from Audit shall be considered also.
