My client is a market leading manufacturer with a nationwide customer base, who are looking for high-class administrator, confident at working both within the thriving Credit team and independently in role which is essential to maintaining strong customer relations and overall function of the Credit department.

The client are a serial internal promoter, always looking to develop and train their staff where possible and are keen on hungry candidates to match this ambition.

The Role:

- Monitor and process incoming debit notes, investigating issues to conclusion

- Managing the query resolution process, linking all involved parties and delegating tasks to specific departments

- Liaising with Credit Control colleagues, Sales teams and customers to reduce customer queries at source

- Organising site/branch collections in a timely manner

- Other office tasks including logging debit notes, customer calls, raising of credit notes and chasing copy debit notes

- Ad-hoc duties, including specific projects as assigned.

The Person:

- Confident, positive and self-assured personality

- Good organisation and communicative skills

- Credit Control or administration experience is desirable but not essential

- Able to prioritise and take initiative in solving queries

- Ability to cope with ever-changing demands and pace of the environment
