As a manager, you will be controlling the process of payment for the organisation's services or products, and making sure that payments are received promptly and efficiently.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise a team of 2
• Manage the credit control team department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly

• Setting up the terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balances
• Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary
• Analyse aged debt and develop strategic collection process to minimise impact to the Company

• Provide regular and accurate debt and credit control information to the Finance Director and the senior management team
• Manage ad-hoc credit projects, improving/implementing processes

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of directly managing a team
• Experience in dealing with difficult customers in a positive and constructive manner
• Strong attention to detail with a keen ability to identify errors
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
