My client is seeking a Credit Control Manager with management or leadership experience to lead, train and grow a small finance team. The ideal candidate will have an indomitable spirit and will be capable of supporting and motivating their team. They will also possess a proven quantifiable track record which will include debtor days. They will be working for a small property group based in the East Birmingham area. Within this chosen the candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for managing the team objectives and targets.
• Responsible for the flow of communication to the team
• Endorse an appropriate working environment for the team and promote a good team cohesion
• Provide point of escalation for team members
• Readiness to implement ideas and that will help improve processes and team performance.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller and will form a strong relationship with them to ensure efficiency of processes.

AAT Qualification is appreciated however is not essential for this role.
