• Looking after a high value sales ledger and communicating with clients about outstanding debt via phone and email.
• Working with a hugely loyal customer base and providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Working with an International customer portfolio
• Building and maintaining first class customer relationships
• Investigating and managing queries in a timely manner
• With a good understanding on Excel, updating all management information and manipulating data accordingly
