A rapidly growing Care organisation are looking to add an experienced Credit Controller to their extremely busy finance team based in the heart of Hertfordshire.

Reporting into the Sales Ledger Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts worth up to £50m+, ensuring invoices are collected within the agreed payment terms.

Duties include:

• Production, reconciliation and explanation of complex payments received from customers
• Resolve unallocated cash balances
• Chasing invoices by phone or email to reduce the debtor balances and debtor days
• Produce an updated analysis of overdue debt
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc support

The successful candidate must have previous credit control experience, ideally within a similar industry. Candidates must also be able to perform V-lookups and Pivot tables
