Our client is looking for a Data Analyst based in Northampton.

About the role:

We are currently looking for an individual to join our operations and technology team to support in the national Salesforce CRM project and migration of data. This position would be ideally suited to an individual with proven experience in data analytics, data cleansing and data quality due to the workload being weighted towards the successful integration of Salesforce .com. The successful candidate will be highly competent in excel with the ability understand and translate complex information clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build new SFE reports & Dashboards using Tableau Functional requirements

* Develop, create, and maintain the integrity of all objects within Salesforce

* Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities

* Develop and maintain end user training materials, preparation and delivery as required

* Work with leadership teams to review how we capture information from a variety of sources

* Prioritise projects and enhancement opportunities, working closely with the sales leadership team to maximise performance and user adoption of Salesforce and provide data insight on improvements where required

* Consider opportunities and risks in suggestions made in role or by stakeholders

* Help to implement effective processes and provide support and insight on how Salesforce will be impacted or enhanced through other process improvement opportunities

* Support the senior leadership team decide on best approaches to improve Salesforce and sales processes, capture data and improve usage

* Support all teams with ad-hoc data analysis as required

* Maintain lead assignment rules, territories, patches, discount matrices, approvers and delegates

* Keep users informed about system functionality and enhancements and maintain national user guides

* Manage and review the data quality and data cleansing tasks e.g. removing duplication and reassigning of records, updating account ownerships

About you:

* Experience analyst with a minimum of 3 years' experience in any of the following disciplines analytics, sales operations or business insights

* Degree in Business Management or other related discipline

* Prior experience of working alongside a sales and/or commercial organisation

* Self-motivated and results driven with the ability to maintain demanding timelines

* Experience of working with all levels of people & ideally cross functional teams.

* Requires minimal supervision and can manage their own workload

* Strong experience of Salesforce.com as a user - minimum 2 years, preferably Sales Cloud

* Advanced usage of Excel

* Tableau experience to build reports and dashboards

* Knowledge of Power BI and Iris Practice Management Suite is desirable but not essential
