A leading outsourcing firm is looking for depositary analyst to support the Team Manager in assisting with duties for the portfolio of clients and specific depositary duties. This is a great opportunity for those who have company secretarial or relevant accounting qualifications (or equivalent).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reconcile and evidence investment statements
• Assisting with the production of all reporting to the regulatory authority
• Preparing with evidence gathering and the systems setup
• Reconcile and evidence capital and investment statements
• Assisting the Compliance Manager with assessing evidence in support of the independent and qualification of the investment valuation process.

The ideal candidate will have the following relevant skills and experiences:

• Previous audit or private equity experience
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written
• Strong IT skills and a good understanding of the Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work on own innitative.
