They are looking to expand their Technical Services team in order to further develop their service, which includes; providing technical support, implementing pioneering technical solutions and, ultimately, completing their transition into BAU operation.

• Salary of £40,000p/a

The Ideal candidate must have plenty of experience in enterprise deployments, preferably security technologies, as well as communication, working in a team, documentation and strong organisational skills.

In this role, you will be involved in the lifecycle of system implementation, from configuration to integration into customer infrastructure. You will also be required to tackle the migration and transition of existing systems and applications onto hosted platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Structure and implement intricate IT Security projects into an array of organisations.
• Produce accurate and effective documentation to industry standards.
• Receiving and tackling customer issues and progress to resolution or escalation.
• Fulfil design and security reviews of existing deployments in our technology focal points, making recommendations and driving these recommendations to resolve outstanding issues.
• Develop strong customer relationships to drive further engagement.
• Act as point of escalation internally and taking on junior staff to shadow you at work.
• Likely to be travelling 30-40% of your time. Ocassional travel required to Head Office in Farnborough.

Candidate requirements:

• Prior knowledge of administering and installing technologies, in the list below, when deployed in an enterprise:

- Bluecoat WSS/SWG

- Microsoft O365 Security and Compliance Center

- Email hygiene and email infrastructure (SMTP, MX, SPAM etc)

- Endpoint security solutions

• Preferably one or more of the following:

- VMWare Infrastructure administration

- Active Directory/LDAP administration

- Networking Skills (routing/firewalls/switching)
