Brand new opportunity in an ever-growing international organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with senior stakeholders and work on a daily basis towards increasing profit levels and 'future proofing' this truly dynamic organisation.
As an individual, you'll be looking for your next career step and will be able to challenge, influence and respond in a positive manner to demands made from an exceptionally fast paced business. A typical day will cover a huge variety of responsibilities including:
- Managing a small but high calibre part-qualified management accountants
- Mentoring and leading from the front in order to develop high potential individuals
- Supporting Senior Finance in the day to day running of the business and enhancing team performance
- Working towards continuous improvement and making recommendations accordingly
- Managing all aspects of divisional budget
- Working closely with all areas of Group including the international arm of the business
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure EBITDA targets are achieved
